Stewardship
“All things come from you, O Lord, and of your own have we given you.”
The Saints of James…Using the gifts God has given us, to do the work God is calling us to do.
You make a difference at St. James when you:
Pledge Your Financial Resources
When you make a pledge to St. James in thanksgiving for all God has given you, with the desire to do God’s work through the mission and ministry of St. James, you have made a difference. Your financial pledge for St. James helps others grow in their faith through worship, fellowship, education, and service.
In addition to an annual pledge, many Saints of James make a financial gift to maintain the beautiful buildings and grounds so we can gather as a faith community.
When we share our gifts, we please God by showing our love for Him, each other, and the world.
Each fall, the Stewardship Committee asks each Saint of James to commit their time, talent, and treasure for the coming year. If you have not pledged in the past, please consider making a first-time pledge. If you are a regular contributor, please renew your commitment, and consider increasing your pledge if at all possible. Your generosity sustains the work of God at St. James. Contact the church at stjames@rev.net or (540) 366-4157.
> Did You Know? You can pay your pledge online through your bank! Most banks offer a bill pay program that allows customers to make selected payments through an online transaction. Contact your bank to find out if they offer this service or contact St. James for more information at stjames@rev.net.
